Euroeyes offer a 30-40 minute virtual consultation to give you the opportunity to meet our International expert surgeons in order to ask any questions you may have relating to your chosen procedure.
Your surgeon will give information and guide you through the patient journey, explaining the procedure and anticipated results. We aim to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed, educated decision.

How Much Does A Consultation Cost?
A consultation with Dr Joergensen is £250 (it will be deducted from the total surgery cost).
This covers the following: a pre-consultation call with a member of the EuroEyes Patient Liaison team and a virtual consultation with Dr Joern Joergensen, followed by a face-to-face examination with a Euroeyes London surgeon.
What Kind Of Support Is Available?
Our managers are always ready to answer your questions. You can call us during the evenings and the weekend. Also, you can visit our office for a personal consultation.
What App Will I Need For The Virtual Consultation?
Dr Joergensen is using Zoom or WhatsApp for virtual video consultations or a normal phone call if you prefer.
You will be contacted and sent a Zoom Link.
How Long Does A Virtual Consultation Last?
Our consultations will range from 30-40 minutes in length depending on the procedure/s you are wanting to discuss.
Doe I Still Need To See A EuroEyes Surgeon In Person?
Yes. You will need to visit the clinic for a full examination prior to your treatment day.
When Are The Online Consultaitons Available?
Dr Joergensen has set days and time slots for the consultations during the week. When you speak with our team they will advise which days are available to you.
When Can I Have Surgery?
Eye Surgery is available within 1-2 weeks.
Do I Need To Bring My Glasses Prescription?
If possible please ensure you have your glasses prescription ready for your online meeting and other medical reports concerning your eyes.
