Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance, consultations, investigations, diagnostics and surgery are typically covered, subject to prior authorisation from your insurer. Coverage can vary between insurers, so it’s important to check with yours directly. However, please note that most insurers do not cover consultations related to refractive surgery.

"Cashless Arrangement" Service

We are thrilled to share that our center now supports Cigna Health Card and Henner Health Card, enabling you to take convenience of the “Cashless Arrangement” service*. This feature simplifies the medical claim process for patients undergoing medical procedures at our center, ensuring peace of mind regarding financial constraints. In alignment with our expansion, we will continuously partner with more insurance companies to serve more patients.

*The “Cashless Arrangement” is a direct agreement between you and your insurance provider. Our center’s role is to offer healthcare services; we are not accountable for the insurance claim decisions. We recommend that you check with your insurer before receiving any medical treatment. In the case of any discrepancies or disputes, our center retains the authority to provide the definitive interpretation and make the ultimate decision.

For any inquiries on insurance claims, medical cards or pre-authorisation, please consult your insurance company to understand better the policy and benefits of your plan.
